Users – Role Management

Smart Facility Software continually develops ES Optimizer to keep up with current trends in technology.  Responding to the growth in employee security concerns and the diversity of data in databases, ES Optimizer provides a feature to manage who can view, add, change, and delete the data.

This section describes the method ES Optimizer has to manage user’s different access levels.  ES Optimizer has several modules (i.e.: Daily Assignments, Project Assignments and Quality Management) and forms (i.e.: Employees, Rooms and Shifts) divided between different sections (Home, Master Files and Preferences).  The addition of the new form for Roles establishes a user’s access to data in the modules, forms or reports.

Smart Facility Software has pre-included several roles and access levels.  It is the responsibility of the main user or Admin to divide the access between other potential users of ES Optimizer.
