What is ES Service Optimizer?

ES Service Optimizer is a module that provides users with several functions.  Out of the box, users can:

•    Log or track cleaning for ORs, Patient Rooms, Exam Rooms, Lobbies, and Public Restrooms.

•    Use the app for schedules (daily assignments, short staff assignments) whether they are in an assignment or not.

•    Schedule, track, complete and score (inspect) projects.

•    Assign Tasks and track tasks in Web or Mobile applications.

•    Log extra work in the form of tasks on the floor.

•    Add Room Comment such as maintenance or repair needs.

•    Send messages to and from other users in ES Service Optimizer.

•    Print labels and use the “Service Request System.”
