Enter your Email Address in the top box and enter the password you received from Technical Support in the “ES_Password” box.
Exit – Allows the user to exit the Debug Menu:
Answering the Prompt “Yes” closes the debug menu.
Note: When user clicks on “Exit”, this resets the debug mode back to “Off” or disable.
These features are particularly handy if the application becomes corrupt and you cannot login and we ask you to share your logs. You may then Reset All Data and re-import users without any IT intervention needed.
