Update Room User Fields

This function of Mass Update allows the user to create custom user fields to further categorize rooms.

Below are the steps to update User 1 and User 2 fields:

1.  You can filter the rooms you want to update by using the ‘Select Room to make changes to’ button  to open the form below:

2.  Enter the criteria to find the rooms you wish to update and click the Find button.  You will see the screen below:

3.  Select the Rooms you wish to update by clicking on the check box before the Order Number column. 

4.  Enter the necessary value for the “User 1” field and/or place a check mark in the “User 2” fields.

5.  Click on the Update button  to update the rooms.
