Update Priority Flag

This function of Mass Update allows the user set rooms priority level as defined in the Preferences>Facilities[facility] Settings section.  These settings are either Critical, Essential or Non-Essential, or Numeric 1-4.  This is useful for creating Short Staff Assignments (see Daily Assignments).

To update the Room Frequency, perform the following steps:

1.  You can filter the rooms you want to update by using the ‘Select Room to make changes to’ button  to open the form below:

2.  Enter the criteria to find the rooms you wish to update and click the Find button.  You will see the screen below:

 

3.  Select the Rooms you wish to update by clicking on the check box before the Order Number column. 

4.  Select the priority you wish to update to.

5.  Click on the Update button  to update the rooms.
