open the form below:This function of Mass Update allows the user to update the floor type of specified room(s).
Below are the steps to update the floor types of rooms:
1. Select
the Rooms you wish to update by clicking on the check box under Order Number
column. You can filter the rooms you want to update by using the ‘Select
Room to make changes to’ button to
open the form below:
2. Enter
the criteria to find the rooms you wish to update and click the Find button
. You will see the screen below:
3. Place a check mark in the box to the left of the room you would like to update
4. Select the floor type to update to the room to in the box provided.
5. Click
on the Update button 
to update the
rooms.
