Update CBS Patient Room Flag

This function of Mass Update allows the user to label rooms as Patient Rooms.  This signifies that rooms with Patient Room check box checked are applied for use with the CBS (Census Based Scheduling) Module.

Below are the steps to update the Patient Room Flag of rooms:

1.  You can filter the rooms you want to update by using the ‘Select Room to make changes to’ button  to open the form below:

2.  Enter the search criteria for the rooms you want to modify and click the find button.  You will then see the screen below:

3.  Place a check mark to the left of the order number for the room you wish to update.

4.  You may edit the units field if needed and apply a check in the box under the Patient Room column for those rooms to be flagged as Patient Room for CBS.

5.  Click on the Update button  to update the selected room(s).
