Tools Menu

The Tools button opens the Tools Menu shown below:

Below are descriptions of each of the buttons:

Facility Name – This button allows the user (supervisor) to switch between facilities.

Clear All User’s Data – This button will prompt the user to clear any data associated with the current user.

Reset All Data – This button works like the Clear All User’s Data button but all users are affected.  All app settings are restored to default.

Server Settings – This button opens the Server Settings.  Users can set internet access and server access if applicable.  There is also a ping Server which is useful for checking application connectivity to the server over a network.  An example is shown below:

View Logs – Users can see sync processes and their status.  Users can also send logs to Smart Facility Software tech support if they encounter issues.  The view logs screen is shown below left, the “Mail Logs” screen is shown below right.

Note:  The Email Logs function is only functional on devices with an email account installed on the device.

 

Voice – (XXX) – Users can specify what voice they want to hear for notifications or messages.

Service Request – Accept or Decline Service Requests for user logged in.

NOTE: If you deny Service Requests and you are the only supervisor logged in, you will receive them anyway as a customer service safety net.
