Task Subject Tab - (Decision Engine)

When creating tasks Service Optimizer provides a list of default Task Requests. This list can be edited and added to. We include as a default:  Please police and clean up Stairwell, Please clean up blood or biological spill ASAP, Please clean up chemical spill ASAP, Please clean up standard spill ASAP, Please clean up conference room, Please setup conference room ASAP, Custom/free text task, Please perform discharge ASAP, Please report to patient room and service patient room as needed, Please perform an OR/L&D between case, Please perform a between case in Exam Room, Please pull the trash or do a trash pickup in area, Please service Restrooms ASAP, and Please perform a UVC Treatment for this Room.

The elements of a task subject are as follows.

NOTE:  “Custom Task” allows the free text entry of any task and this task is not edible.

Task Subject – This is the name of the Task Subject

Description – This is a detailed description of the task

Time (in Mins) – This is the time defaulted to complete the task

Priority – This is the automatic priority set to the tasks. The default is Normal.

Is Isolation – This is an Isolation room.

Is UVC Task Subject – If Sterile Trakks or Service Optimizer is enabled.

Level 1 – 7 (Decision Engine Support) – Levels:  Assigned Supervisor, Assigned Employee, Critical Task Supervisor, Coverage Area Supervisor, Coverage Area Employee, Any Supervisor, or Anyone Logged in.

 

All Default tasks subjects are protected and cannot be deleted but can be edited to meet your needs and you can add task subjects to better suit your business model or department needs.
