Default Task Aging Days: – This is the default number of days to retain a task on the mobile app.
Default Task Alert Mins: – Number of Minutes after which a task reminder is issued,
Default Task Completion Mins: – Upon completion of the task this is default number of minutes the task will show in terms of duration.
Create Task with Multiple Rooms – This will allow the user to create a task for multiple rooms. It is important to remember; a specific task will be entered for each room selected. Default = False.
Trigger UVC Task/Clean – Turn on/off the room setting “Trigger UVC Task” selection which creates a UVC task for rooms when a Terminal or Discharge clean is complete and or the room is marked isolation.
