The Tasks and Projects button shows the supervisor all the outstanding tasks. Like the Tasks screen in the Employee View of ES Service Optimizer (Tech Mobile), users (supervisors) can view all tasks for all employees and complete them using the Swipe function. Users can also get additional details about the tasks by tapping on the task name.

My Tasks – This screen displays any tasks that belong to the user that is logged into ES Optimizer Service Optimizer Module.
All Tasks - Users may also view All Tasks for all Users & Supervisors by tapping the All Tasks button. An example of the All Tasks “Outstanding Tasks” screen is shown below left, an example of the “Completed Tasks” screen is shown below right.

Add Task – Supervisors can also add tasks as needed using the “Add Task” button.
Below are the steps to create tasks:
1. Tap on the Tasks and Projects button to open the “My Tasks” screen.

2. Tap on the Add Task button.

3. Enter the necessary information description, priority, assigned to or Auto Assign, location, description, UVC Task, Billable, Isolation as it applies to the new task.

4. Tap on the Done button, a short synchronization will occur and the task will appear in the all task screen as shown below:
