Service Optimizer uses the Tasks function to allow users/supervisors to assign tasks to employees (Service Optimizer Mobile – Employee Summary). Using an iPad and the Service Optimizer Mobile app, users can stay on top of daily tasks and track the progress of everyday tasks and duties as well as projects and Service Requests.
