Label Message – this is where you can edit and customize your service request labels. The system will use your logo defined in the Facilities. The label message will also allow you to merge data such as your room type into your message.
Allow Customer Comment – This is associated with the Mobile Web Page that the user is directed to. You can choose to allow the user to enter a text comment along with their selected comments.
Save Custom Label - If you make changes to the Label Message you will need to “Save Custom Label” button.
Preview Service Request Label - You can preview the Service Request label using the “Preview Service Request Label” button.
Thank You Message – This is the message displayed to the user after they have saved their service request.
Validate URL - You may also add your website to that message by entering it into the Facility Website field and using #website#. The “Validate URL” is used to test your website setting.
Save Default Web Message – The save default web message button allows you to save changes made to the default thank you message.
Preview Thank You Message – This button allows you to view the Thank You message you have defined in the Thank You Message.
