The Settings Fields allow the user to specify additional settings about an assignment.
Assignment Open – This checkbox is used in conjunction with the Personnel Module. When checked, this assignment will appear in the Personnel Schedule.
Job Type – This drop-down field specifies the type of job required to do the work.
Census Assignment? – This checkbox is used in conjunction with the CBS or Census Based Scheduling Module. This specifies that the assignment is a census assignment. Additional fields below that need to be filled in to show proper production rates for the assignment.
Bed Tracking Settings – Census Based Scheduling
Alternate – This is the alternate Zone to page for discharges if primary zone is not available.
Zone – this is the primary Zone includes users who respond to the discharges for this assignment.
Search – This is the Method of searching for Discharge Paging Availability: Proximity, OverFlow, Quota.
Overflow – This is the Zone Overflow pages go to when the Quota’s are reached.
