Setting Inspection Frequencies

Before starting the Quality Management Module, it is important to view the SPC Daily Module in the Preferences Tab as shown in the figure below:

In the SPC Daily form, you can change the Inspection Frequency.

The Inspection Frequency  is the number of times you want the Daily SPC Code to be available for inspection in a one year time period.  It is important that the management staff agrees on the number of inspections for different Daily SPC Codes.  See SPC Daily Module for more details.

After Inspection Scores and SPC Daily Inspection Frequencies have been reviewed and set, the Quality Management Module is ready to begin issuing inspections.  This assumes that enough rooms and employees have been entered into the system.
