The internet check for offline actions on service requests has been removed, resulting in the following observations:
Scenario 1:
The service generated and sync by three users:

1. User 1 (Abraham Carol) completed the service request in offline mode and then uploaded it when back online.
• As a result, the completed service request was displayed on the web

2. User 2 (Aamin Trisha) edited the task in offline mode and then uploaded the changes to the web.
• Consequently, the previously closed service request task was reopened with the updated fields.

3. User 3 (Bell Peter) completed the service request in offline mode and then uploaded it to the web.
• As a result, the task was marked as completed with the fields selected by the third user.

Scenario 2:
- The service generated and sync by two users:

1. User 1 (Bell Peter) completed the service request in offline mode and then uploaded it when back online.
• As a result, the completed service request was displayed on the web

3. User 2 (Abraham Carol) completed the service request in offline mode and then uploaded it when back online.
• Consequently, the previously closed service request task updated with new fields selected by Abraham Carol.

Scenario 3:
The service generated and sync by two users:

1. User 1 (Bell Peter) completed the service request in offline mode and then uploaded it when back online.
• As a result, the completed service request was displayed on the web

2. User 2 (Aamin Trisha) completed the service request in offline mode and then uploaded it when back online.
• If User 2 tries to select the same service request in online mode, a popup will appear saying, "This task was already completed by [User 1]."
