Selecting Days Off and Days Available

You may have noticed the legend  which indicates by letter the team members days off and days available.  If you have written your Daily Assignments and created a Template and posting schedule you may see Daily Assignment number indicated as well.  The purpose of this module is to now select the days the employee is not scheduled as either A=available or X=Day Off.  You can do so by simply clicking on the “A” and toggling them to an “X”.

If you have made a mistake in Scheduling the employee for the wrong assignment you may click on the day with the incorrect assignment and you will be taken to the daily assignment “schedule/Template” tab where you may update the assignment.  Please see Daily Assignments – Schedule-Template Tab” for more information on working with scheduling daily assignments.

Once you have completed your selections please use the save button.
