To help users with scheduling or rescheduling project work, the search feature has been improved. The Search Projects button is available in Open, Scheduled, Completed, and Recurring options as shown in the figure below:
Click on the Search Projects button 
to open the figure below:
Here users can specify the criteria they want when looking for rooms/projects they want to schedule/complete.
