The Room Comment(s) Tab allows the user to create a list of
“Room Comments” that become selectable by an EVS technician using Service
Optimizer Tech Mobile while cleaning or policing a room. The comments
entered are shown in the Service Optimizer History tab as a comment icon 
. Clicking the icon reveals the
technicians comment as shown below:
