During a work day, employees send and receive messages from supervisors or supervisors may send tasks and/or messages to other supervisors. This section shows screen shots that illustrate what users can expect to see when sending/receiving messages and/or tasks.
The screen shots above are what employees can expect when a task is assigned to them or when they receive messages.
Also, notice the Incoming Task. The user will see a change in the “Return to Main Menu” button to have either “Incoming Message,” “Incoming Task,” or “Incoming Task & Message.”
