o User can publish any facility specific template (shown in green color) to any other facilities.
o If the template is present in multiple facilities, then, user can select Source Facility on Publish popup.
o As a facility specific template can present to multiple facility, user need to publish single template at a time so that he can choose source facility of the template.
o If user tries to select more than one facility specific templates, then following popup is shown:
