The policing comments are comments the user may select when performing a policing activity in a room. The comments are organized by policing codes. Service Optimizer has provided by default comments for PO (Lobbies and Wait) and RPP (Public Restroom). Any procedure code whereby “Policing = TRUE” is available for policing in Service Optimizer. Simply add the code to the Room Types, apply to the rooms, setup in Policing Comments and you are ready to perform another class of policing in Service Optimizer.
To the right you can see where we have several PO comments defined. The advantage of your Policing Comments is that it allows you to track in your reporting the most common issues found.
