Notes:

1)    To obtain the Password for any of the above actions please contact us at 800-260-8665 Option #2 so we can walk you through the proper steps to upload the logs successfully and then Reset All Data on your device if needed.

2)    To enable debug mode please ensure that the app is not open.

3) If debug mode screen does not appear after enabling the Debug Mode then, force close the application and try again.
