Move Room to Another Subsection

This function of Mass Update allows the user to move rooms of one subsection or area to another subsection.  In the process, the user can also update the frequencies to of the rooms to reflect the change with the move.

To move rooms from one subsection to another, perform the following steps:

1.  You can filter the rooms you want to update by using the ‘Select Room to make changes to’ button  to open the form below:

2.  Enter the search criteria for the rooms you want to modify and click the find button.  You will then see the screen below:

3.  Specify the new Subsection of the rooms.

4.  Select the Room(s) you with to move by clicking on the check box before the Order Number column. 

5.  Click on the Update button  to move the rooms.
