Modifying Existing SPC Periodic Codes

Below is the procedure to modify existing daily cleaning codes.

1.  Click on the SPC Periodic button  to open the SPC Periodic List.

2.  Select the SPC code you want to delete by clicking on the Find button , opening the search form below and scrolling through the list:

Or, use the SPC Periodic List to scroll through the SPC Periodic Codes:

3.  Click on the Edit button  before the SPC Code or on the SPC Code to open the form below:

Note: You may notice a new “Unit” and “Show in Room Cleaning” check box that enables this project to be included in room cleaning completed in ES Service Optimizer Mobile v2.2.  The Unit checkbox is specific to Cubicle Curtain cleaning and will apply the SPC rate to the number of cubicle curtains in the “Cubicle Curtains” field.  

4.  Make the necessary changes in the selected code.

5.  If you are satisfied with your changes, click on the Save button.  To cancel, click on the Undo button.

6.  Click on the Close button  to return to the SPC Periodic List.

7.  Repeat steps 2 through 4 for every daily cleaning code you wish to modify.
