The machine name should be completed for all machines you plan to use at the facility.
1. Click
the Add Machine button 
to add a
new machine name and associated information. You will see the form shown
below:
2. Enter
the data in the fields provided and click the save button 
. User may use the Save & New button
to add multiple devices in
succession.
3. Click the Close button when you have finished adding all the machines.
