In Service Optimizer, Text Messaging abbreviates a room number to a long code which will create a Service Request. In Long Code Label Settings tab you can setup the defaults for Long Code labels and define the content of a Thank You Message the user will receive upon completion of the message they send much like the Signage and Mobile Web Settings section allows.
