Inside Faults Management

To open Faults Management, click on the Faults option in the Quality Management Module.  You will display the figure below:

From here, you can print a Supervisor Fault Report by clicking on the Supervisor Fault Report button.  The Supervisor Fault Report lists all the faults in inspections for a supervisor. This report will be used to “check off” or clear faults in the affected areas of the facility.
