
When users (employees) successfully log in to ES Service
Optimizer Tech Mobile, they will see a prompt asking for their assignment and/or
coverage area if they do not have an active assignment.
Select the area/s you are responsible for by following the
prompts. You may change the Assignment and or Coverage area at any time by
selecting the Assignment or Coverage Area Icon
. Once you have selected the Assignment
and/or Coverage area the next time you login to ES Service Optimizer Tech Mobile
you will be prompted are you still working in those areas?
If "No" you will be prompted to select
your new assignment and or coverage area.
After completion of the Assignment/Coverage area you will be presented with the Home Menu screen.

The Home Menu screen has several buttons. Below are details of each button:
Log Clean/Policing – This button opens the Search Room Option. Log Clean/Policing function is used to mark rooms cleaned and policing comments.

Tasks – This button allows the employee to view their tasks.

See Tasks section for more details.
Messaging – This button opens the messaging screen. Users (employees) can send and receive text messages from other users (employees/supervisors). Users can track who sent the latest message and how many messages have been sent when users are “online.” User who sent the latest message will be shown at the top of the list of Online Users.

History (- Employee Name) – This button shows the user Cleaned/Policed Rooms, Projects and Tasks, and Room Comments.


Synchronize – This button synchronizes data between ES Optimizer and the mobile applications. New tasks created in ES Optimizer are transferred to the mobile app, and Completed/new tasks are also transferred from the applications to ES Optimizer.

Tools – This button opens the Tools Menu. Users have access to additional functions here. See Tools Menu for more details about the additional functions.

“Facility ID” – This button allows the user to switch between facilities. This is applicable if the user has access to multiple facilities for an account.
Coverage Area – This button allows the user to assign a coverage area, which can be by Building, Subsection, Floor, Assignment, or the Entire Facility.

Unchecking Entire Facility (if selected) and tapping the “Filter By” bar allows the user to changes the area of responsibility. “Save” applies any changes made.
