As in ES Service Optimizer on the Web, supervisors can see the status of an employee on ES Service Optimizer Mobile. As shown in the screen shots below, supervisors will be able to tell if an employee if on break or not:

Whether the supervisor is sending a text message or assigning a task, he/she can tell if the employee they have in mind is on break or not. Note: Employee will receive message and or task despite being on break/lunch.
