Finally, we can edit the existing scores in the Quality Management. The process is similar to previous editing/modifying routines.
Below are the steps:
1. Click
on the Scores button to open the
Scores List.
2. Select the score you want to change.
3. Click
on the Edit button or on the score
itself to open the figure below:
4. Modify the fields for your purposes:
a. Score – You can change the value of your score. It is advisable that the score reflects the grade.
NOTE: The -99 grade/score is considered a restricted score and cannot be changed.
b. Passing – You can set this so that the value is "Yes" or "No." Again, it must reflect the grade.
c. Score Description – Usually a word that describes the performance of the employee. This could range from poor to excellent, depending on the score.
5. After
making your changes, click on the Save button to save your changes. You will see
the following:
6. Answer “Yes” or “No”.
7. To
cancel, click on the Undo button.
8. Click
on the Close button to return to the
Scores List.
9. Repeat steps 2 through 6 for all other scores you want to change.
