This procedure is identical to that of deleting floor records. Please note that deleting subsections will affect the rooms in your database.
Below are the steps for the procedure:
1. Select and expand the building and floor you want where you want to remove subsections as shown in the figure below:
2. Click
on the Delete Subsection button 
. If
the subsection record does not have any rooms associated with the subsection,
you will be prompted with the message below:
If the subsection in question has rooms associated with it, you will get prompted with the window below:
3. Answer the prompts.
4. Repeat steps 1 through 3 for all other subsections you want to delete.
