Deleting Department Note Categories

Below is the process for deleting note categories in the Employee tab in Notes form:

1.  Click on the Notes button  to open the Notes List in the Employee Tab.

2.  Click on the Department Tab.

3.  While in the Department tab, select the note category you wish to delete.

4.  Click on the Delete button  before the department note category.

5.  Answer the confirmation prompt that will be displayed as shown below:

6.  Repeat steps 2 through 5 for all other note categories you want to remove from the system.
