The process below shows how to add room records on a step-by-step basis:
1. Click
on the Rooms button to open the
Rooms List.
NOTE: The Rooms List will be empty when first starting to use ES Optimizer.
2. Click
on the Add Room button to open the form
below:
NOTE: All of the fields are empty when clicking on the Add Room button.
3. After clicking on the Add button, select the subsection where the room is located in the Subsection drop down field. You can start entering your room information there.
4. Press <TAB> key on the keyboard or use the mouse to move to the other fields in the module to enter the rest of the room information.
5. If you
want to save the room record, click on the Save button. To cancel, click on the Undo button
to undo your addition.
6. Click
on the Close button to return to the
Rooms List.
7. Repeat the process from steps 3 to 5 to enter the rest of the rooms in your facility.
