As previously mentioned, the Insight Panel is limited to certain personnel. Smart Facility Software will have to give access to users who manage system wide facilities. Users who have access to Insight Panel can access it via the log in page.
Below are the steps to access the Insight Panel through the login page:
1. Open your web browser to one of the following web addresses:
www.esct.com (ES Optimizer)
www.pocketsurveytool.com (Survey Optimizer)
2. On the login page, enter your information (Email Address / Password).
3. Choose Insight Panel in the list of apps.
4. Click
on the Login button

Users can also access the Insight Panel by clicking on the Insight Panel button in the Home Tab after they logged in their respective apps (ES Optimizer / Survey Optimizer):
